I recommend this hotel 10/10 experience. I would definitely come back again this will be my #1 choice from now on. The receptionist Kayla was excellent during my stay. She made sure we had an amazing experience. I would recommend my friends here knowing there are employees like her. She went beyond my expectations. I travel a lot and I never felt this welcoming somewhere. The stay is worth every penny!!!

I got a package stolen after delivery, there are no security cameras working, so nobody knows what happened. It took 5 days for the management to take responsibility, they refunded my stay. Breakfast was abundant, but not very good.

We stay here every year when I visit family for the holidays however we don’t think we will stay again. It’s gone downhill progressively since 2018. When we arrived this last November we were greeted by a the front desk agent dressed in a hoodie with his hood up and a lady dressed in what appeared to be pijamas and flip flops. Very ghetto clientele as well.

The rooms were nice and bed comfortable but the morning buffet was less than stellar. The bananas were brown, the bagels had mold spots, waffle maker broken, cereal was stale.Not to mention we were charged twice and the front desk never responded back to our query about the charge.

My room was great, everything was as advertised! The service was amazing, I loved everything about this hotel except for the location. There are restaurants nearbyish, but kind of confusing to get to as the roads are kind of wonky. That's not the hotels fault though as I knew before checking in the restaurant situation. Oh there was one actual hotel thing that bummed me out....no chocolate chips for the fresh waffles, lol.Noteworthy details: This hotel really does cater to business class people. They have quiet hours from 10p-7a which they strictly enforce. It's so nice not dealing with people having hotel parties and jumping around in their rooms and yelling in the hallways!

They charged me $289 per night for 3 nights.I do not think these rooms are qualified for $120. Break fast is worst. I felt restrooms are 50 years old. I do not recommend. Thank you!Noteworthy details: Thank you

The hotel overall is very nice. The service is spot on; very friendly from the front desk to housekeeping to hotel manager.They are also very accommodating if you need something special. The hotel is modern with a lot of conveniences you'd expect. The complimentary breakfast is the same as any other free breakfast; eggs, bacon, hash browns. Parking And security is very good too. The only issues that I had was the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms. We found a used soap bar in the shower, coffee maker still had the used coffee grounds packet in the machine and the carafe wasn't washed. There was also hair on the sheets for the sofa bed. As for upkeep, the kitchen cabinets need to be replaced; they are very worn and it looks really bad. The shower has old caulking. It looks like maintenance just put a another layer of caulking over it. The wall above the headboard has been patched and painted however the paint doesn't match.Takeaway, the hotel is a solid 4, but be aware that housekeeping and maintenance don't look at the details. They simply do just enough to get by.

Traveling for work. King room with kitchenette was reasonably priced, very large, well equipped, wonderful, clean, comfortable and pretty much perfect. All of the staff were friendly, kind and accommodating. Gentleman at the desk (I'm so exhausted but I think his name was Kevin) went above and beyond to help me when I asked to be moved because the kids in the room next door were so loud. I would highly recommend this hotel.

My family is very loyal to Hyatt, but when I visit Chicagoland with my wife and kids this is the spot I always chose. The customer service is ALWAYS top notch and I need to specifically mention Deanna for truly going above and beyond. She always brings a smile and we look forward to our stay when she’s running the front desk. Hyatt corporate should really send someone down to learn from her and share with the other hotels. Exceptional service. Clean and quite large rooms with plenty of space for the kids. Even on a busy night I feel comfortable and safe. You won’t regret booking a night at this Hyatt House.(FYI, I’m rating this as a Hyatt House. Please don’t expect this to be a Park Hyatt or other luxury location. That’s not a fair comparison, but this place maximizes what a Hyatt House offers)Rooms: Large spacious rooms with well insulated walls. We hardly heard a thing from the hallway or neighbors on a crowded night. The beds are a bit old, but it’s a minor trade off for the strong customer service.Safety: It’s located in Naperville. There are more police per capita here than most places on Earth. You’ll be safe.

During my recent stay at Hyatt House Naperville/Warrenville, I was truly impressed. The staff, particularly Deanna, went above and beyond to make my family feel welcome and at home. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional hospitality and comfort.

A big Thank You to a gentleman named Kevin Serio. I left behind a personal item when my wife and I checked out and not only did he help me retrieve my item, he was beyond professional, kind, and well past understanding considering I was not in a good frame of mind and to be open about it, I was verbally abusive to Kevin. I was, and I know it. I'm in Managment and Customer Service myself, and I know better. I was having a bad personal moment and I took my frustrations out on him due to a lack of patience of my own. He was just beyond patient with me and de-escalated my short fuse with his demeanor and care. The entire situation was on me, not Hyatt House or Kevin and he just reminded me of what a good manager does. Patience, listening, not firing back at me when I most definitely deserved it. That's better than being a good manager. That's being a decent human being. Kevin.. I will apologize to you for the rest of my life every time you see us come for a stay. 6 STARS and a very humbled David thanks you more than you will ever know or understand. Thank you for being who you are. You were EXACTLY what I needed. I left with a calmness I couldn't find on my own and a good lesson to carry me though the day. On top of it... we loved the stay. Will be back very soon. - D&J
