John was fantastic, switching from one home owner’s insurance and car plan to a State Farm plan was seamless! John was available promptly by email and then in person to finalize the policy. Incredibly friendly, polite, and great at explaining any questions that may have come up! Would highly recommend him to anyone shopping for a new policy!

I have been with State Farm for many years, and John and his team have provided excellent service throughout. John has supported me as my family's needs evolved, starting with car insurance, then renters insurance, and eventually the purchase of a new home and expanding financial requirements.
When I needed help understanding tradeoffs, John patiently explained the different options, and I never felt pressured into choosing something that wasn’t right for me.
I also appreciated the flexibility in communication. I was able to handle most matters via email, but I could also easily reach John by phone when needed. Even late at night, John and his team were responsive and addressed my questions promptly.
When I had a fender bender, I was able to call with urgent questions and received clear, immediate answers when I needed them.

John was extremely helpful and very easy to deal with. He fully explained everything and went through each policy in detail. We ended up switching over from Geico (who I was with for over 9 years prior) and couldn't be happier! We now have John and State Farm for our 6 cars, Home Owners Insurance and for our Umbrella Policy as well. He saved us a ton of money for the same coverage! If you're looking for insurance coverage, ANY type of insurance coverage, give this man a call!!!

I have been with State Farm and John Harrison for 21 years. If you are going to choose State Farm and you should, make sure John Harrison is your agent. He will give you the best support and makes sure you are taken care of properly. He is old school and he is more than 5 stars when is comes to customer service!! He insures my cars and home.
