A nightmare of a laundry mat. Please don’t waste your money . All machines are broken some work and some don’t . Bring extra money cuz you will need it when it brakes half way. Also it’s so dirty . Just don’t do it .

This is the worst place I've been too it's dirty, no attendant, nothing works dryers don't get hot, washers don't spin well so your clothes are still heavy and wet, vending machines don't work, change machine don't work I'm glad I only needed to wash my comforters I won't be returning oh also the phone number is not working wish I knew how to add pictures

None of the quarter machines worked. There was water on the floor between a row of washers. Maybe one is leaking. I know I came on a Sunday night after work but some one should pop in to see if things are sweep and stocked. Weekend are usually busy.

This place is such a scam. The machines are always broken. This is the second time I’ve gone and put $3+ in the machine & it stopped taking my money and wouldn’t give it back either. I called the number that’s listed by the entrance and left a voicemail and never heard back.

Horrible! I would give it zero stars if I could!Filthy, garbage everywhere, floors have not been washed in years. Bathroom floor is flooded. No sink to wash your hands. Half of the dryers don't work.

This laundry mat is located in Warrenville. The area doesn't appear to be the best. However, trust me when I say the owners do care! If you experience issues you should call their number, which is listed on a sign right next to the front door and coin machine. Other places might be newer but knowing that you can contact the owners is a useful tool to have. I'll give them my business again. I hope you give them a chance too. Also, I was just back in the area for Easter vacation so I'm not a regular customer but I certainly would be if I lived in the area.

Washing machines were brand new, worked great- HOWEVER, the driers hardly work. Had to switch my load 3 TIMES because half of the driers don’t work. Also it ate my money every time I had to switch. There was no one here to help. Also there is no bathroom, it’s out of order. Go somewhere else.

Lucky I came on free dryer day. Over half of the dryers are out of order. And its taking forever for my clothes to dry and they aren't large loads. Had I been feeding them quarters I would be more upset.

This local business is under new management and has made it a mission to get everything tip top. There are always going to be detractors. However, it’s not just a laundromat but a growing community partner. I’m proud to know one of the owners, a teacher who is going to bring literacy efforts to the community through laundry. Be patient and supportive of these great owners. I know you’ll find their customer care to be amazing!

Over half the dryers don't work and don't heat up and have regularly eaten my quarters, which is insanely frustrating. The detergent and softener compartments are constantly clogged and molded in the smaller white washers, and the times on the dryers vary by at least 5 minutes despite paying the same amount. They've recently increased the prices for extras on the larger washing machines which wouldn't be a big deal if their dryers would stop eating my quarters.Editing 9/18/22Over half the dryers eat your quarters still and the owners have not made an effort to put signs on the dryers (specifically 7, 8, 11, and probably more) in order to prevent this from happening. It seems as if they're not willing to put in the work to run a decent laundromat since they can easily take advantage of being the only laundromat within walking distance of low income apartments. PLEASE do better.Update 11/16/22STILL no fixing the dryers, their larger machines DO NOT give you your money back, and almost every washer has black mold in them despite the facility claiming they "clean". Wasted $4 on the large washer just to open it and realize the softener dispenser is clogged and disgusting, washer wouldn't return my quarters. It's Wednesday and there are signs all over claiming it's a "free drying" day, but we have had to pay for every single one so far, so that's false advertising. It's been months, nothings been fixed, I've emailed before with 0 answer, and am finally just going to make a BBB report.
