The bathroom looks disgusting, the door doesn't even lock, and there wasn't toilet paper available. The second bathroom the handle is broken so it's shutdown. I definitely won't be stopping here again.

I just found out I got banned for here by the store manager for no reason at all and said the employees are scared of a short young guy and I talk to the employees all the time the manager also been rude, I only come in to wait for my Lyft after work and buy something to eat and drink , This isn't right

Not too bad just front cashier customer service is bad, I know it's a smaller station can't ask too much but any question. The worker is like rolling they eyes, don't even acknowledge what I'm asking. The people and workers now, customer satisfaction is out the door. They have mouses running in and out of this place too. Not sanitary either

Filled my car tank with gas here went inside for restroom key the cashier said both restrooms are out of service she said go to speedway my question is if I’m putting gas at shell then why i have to go at speedway for restroom this is very disappointed restroom should be working and available for customers this is no happening first time here i had before same experience will not come here again i will go to speedway for gas too

This Shell station has multiple out of order pumps that do not have signs on them. Things in the store have the wrong prices on them. Packs of cigarettes are consistently $1-$2 more expensive than any other place I have been in DuPage County. Also, the employees are rude and will make you wait at the counter while they finish using their phone or watching videos.

Saturday went in Shell Gas Station on 59 in Warrenville to use the ATM. But when it came to the ATM to give me my money it didn't. So I called the number on the ATM, and automatic service comes in and say Have Your Bank Dispute The Charges we have nothing to do with it. Then they hang up. So the guy that works at Shell calls the owner. The owner tells me the machine ain't lying. So Mr. Owner you saying I'm a liar. He said, the machine isn't lying, so Mr. Owner you say I'm lying. So I called my bank to dispute it. My bank say I should here something in 10 days.

This Shell is awesome, their price matches the other gas stations on 59 in a few blocks span. It's a lot of competition on the block & they're holding it down. Gas was the cheapest here $2.04 was the gas price today. I'll be back, I work nearby.
