"Our stay in the double queens room at SpringHill Suites was a pleasant surprise! The room was surprisingly spacious, with a comfortable, high-quality two queens bed and crisp linens. The modern decor had a calming feel, and the large windows offered plenty of natural light. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with amenities. While not the most luxurious, it was definitely a great value for the price, especially considering the convenient location near the Naperville. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Chicago.

Fantastic and honest people ?. I forgot something very valuable in my room and they assisted in getting it back to me. They easily could've told me they "can't find it" but they came through. It's not always the case in my long history of traveling unfortunately.
Hotel was great. Plenty of food/drink options in walking distance too and only 25 or so minutes from downtown.

For my work location this is excellent. It is very close. The rooms I have been given have always been clean and comfortable and the staff at the hotel is friendly. The breakfast buffet isn't the biggest one I've seen, but it is consistent. I'm pretty happy with my stay.

It's a very nice hotel. Very clean. Pool is well kept and water wasn't ?.....very nice. It was also cool that there was 2 waffle makers....anyone with kids knows how important it is to have this. Highly recommend staying here if you're in the area ?
Rooms: Very clean and roomy.
Food and drinks: Access to anything you want drink wise.

Horrible room!!! The hall on the 3rd floor stunk something fierce. We got to the room and felt like we walked into a pay by the hour place. Old looking, the carpet is full of stains, ac was set at 65, and the room was 75 degrees and musty. Plus, the AC unit was gross!! Grabbed my family and said we would find somewhere else. On the way down the elevator, a lady asked if our room smelled also, and we confirmed. 3rd floor is uhhgg!! The lady at the service desk was helpful and offered us a different room, but we declined.
Hopefully, my son, who has downs and asthma, doesn't end up in the hospital due to the conditions he was in.
Found a new hotel in Aurora and immediately had everyone shower and bag their clothes.
Stay clear of this place!!

Booked a room with 2 queen beds. They were around full size beds. Not sure if we got the wrong room or if their beds small.

Clean room, Lot of food options around. quiet place, Breakfast option is a plus but could change menu a bit between days we stayed 3 nights and all the day had same breakfast menu
Rooms: Rooms were clean had an issue with light in bathroom one day out of the 3 night stay but staff was helpful had moved us to different room
Safety: had a car parked and it was safe and our belongings in our room were safe
Food and drinks: Plenty of food options around

ABSOLUTELY HIDEOUS!!! When we first arrived, the lights in the room weren’t working properly so we had a maintenance man to come fix it. They charge an additional $50/night for a security deposit. I’ve been to numerous hotels and was NEVER charged that amount per night. Even hotels in downtown Chicago didn’t charge a security deposit of $50/night. The entry doors in the lobby sounded as if they’re about to fall off because they shake so violently. Bathroom was not functioning properly and had to call MULTIPLE times for it to be fixed. We had to leave our room and go to the downstairs lobby a few times to use the bathrooms.Staff seems as if they do not want to be bothered and wasn’t friendly/welcoming. The breakfast is mediocre. I can get better breakfast from a homeless shelter soup line!!!! (Volunteered at one so that’s how I know) the bathroom is so small that an above average height/size person would have to step IN the shower to close the bathroom door that barely works. The pullout couch/futon was not clean. I would say the ONLY nice thing is that there is a Super Target and Buffalo Wild Wings down the street.

It only takes one bad apple. Most of the staff is so pleasant and friendly and smiling. There’s just this one person behind the desk in the evening slumped over and you totally put her out if she hast to actually do something.You have to thank her, not the other way around!Ambassador
