I moved to Warrenville in August. Mail was delivered fine for 2 months and now they are t refusing to deliver any mail. Alright lol.
Update: mail is still not being delivered 4 months later.

My partner and myself went to two other US Post Office locations, Plainfield and Lisle, in which, we were told we were not able to access the passport services as a walk-in. The Warrenville Post Office both actually accepted us as walk-ins and were extremely helpful. The staff was friendly, responsive, personable, and knowledgeable. We waited for a family, who was having trouble completing the application, and the staff at the post office ensured we would get our passport that day. They took us into the passport office, even after the service was suppose to be done/closed for the day. The team handled us with care, accommodated the family before us and ourselves, and had the most amazing staff full of energetic and kind personalities. Truly, the best customer service experience both my partner and myself have ever experienced! I cannot express how grateful and appreciative we are for the individuals working on the day we stopped in. I can’t thank them enough for the hospitality and guidance offered!

Lady at the counter is very apologetic that she is the only one working. I'm #10 in line. I can hear people in the back but no one is coming up to help her. Happens a lot here.

They cheat you at this post office, it seems the prices keep going up and up, and the shipping gets slower and slower. What happens to first come first serve. The cashier always seemed to be in a hurry to help the people in line behind me after I waited in the long line, then I re-wait again because the postal lady couldn't wait two seconds for me to get an address. The woman also is talking on the phone but when I call no one ever answers the phones, thats just weird. I guess it's a smaller office in a smaller town so they want to make as much money as they can. Lines are always busy with people for passports, because they are too dumb to just go to dmv for a real id. People act like they are so important like they really fly all over the place. Only convenient because the next closest one is aurora.

I have a small business and this post office is less than 5 minutes away so it is always easy to ship off packages, kind employees and fast transactions:-) 10/10!!

Mail not always delivered. Wrong address. I get a periodical that is timely information and is consistently 3-4 days late. I’ve lived in many different areas and never experienced service this bad.

Passport Service - We did passport for our kid here. Photo service is available. Friendly Staffs. Especially Dela was awesome! He helped us through out the process.Overall very good experience. Definitely recommend this facility for Passport services

This USPS post office location is really nice secluded clean & attentive place. Customer service is friendly though there is always a line with one teller on the spot, on most busy hours of the week. Regardless, I recently moved to Warrenville, IL & this post office is literally 3 minute drive. Good enough for me.I also must say that while I had several delivery issues with USPS in the past, hence switching my carrier to UPS, this post office I never had problems with. All items delivered on time as expected without significant damage or loss.Also, prior using this USPS location I have been informed in other places that using branded boxes causes hinderance in their delivery process so the workers told me to remove all barcode stickers and use a box which has less markings on it (no walmart boxes which have blue snowflakes or red dog target boxes) Amazon boxes they were OKAY with because they have less branding on it.So in order to ship my package, I had to cover up markings from all side on target box I used at that time. I warmed all my family about it, because occasionally we all recycle/reuse any box which comes in handy down to diaper box. Nevertheless this post office told us we didn’t need to bother with such a thing. As long as the pre-paid shipping label is clear & visible. Or non-paid box is securely bound, no need to hassle choosing unmarked boxes. They too recycle & don’t put much emphasis on re-used materials. As long as all the info is correct, you can even package a return in a plastic trash bag.So for this reason I’m liking this USPS location better then any I’ve been at before, and trust me when I say, I’ve used quite a few of them, living in different states.

Too bad there's no option for zero stars.Friendly in person. One person has an incredibly nasty attitude on the phone. They should go be a TSA at O'Hare.I came back to add that this is the THIRD time I've been expecting packages and they're "missing" so I end up having to make a second order. All I received is an email: sorry about your package. You ordered a replacement. You should be good. I hate this post office.
