In my entire life I haven't met a more caring pharmacist in Mike and it's always wonderful to see Ginger as she's amazing and always helpful same goes to Will who is always just as friendly as ever.. People who have complained in the past need to realize just how understaffed and busy they are. Even when they're busier than, insert really good analogy, they always make time to talk and to process the scripts faster than I have ever seen in any other Walgreens. If there's a problem I get a personal call or a notification if it's a simple problem. The personal touch in the caring attitude makes this one of the most amazing Walgreens I have ever been to I am very lucky to live close.

They do not have enough staff in pharmacy. People are nice but they need staff. I tried calling multiple times and no one picks up.There have been issues with my order. I decided to cancel. I will work and switch pharmacies.

William is awesome! Always happy to see him at the pharmacy drive thru window when picking up meds for my mom and myself. He provides excellent customer service, knows us by name, and is truly a gem. Fantastic at his job!

Up until about two months ago this was our go-to pharmacy. That is about to change, as we will be pulling our scripts out and will be using another pharmacy. Today it was all about the attitude of the staff, especially the clerk with long dark hair and long painted fingernails. If we had her name it would be posted here. She has no business in customer service. She actually told my husband to "go sit down over there while I work on this" in a particularly snotty tone. I mean really...Go Sit Down? She was rude, unhelpful, and had an overall nasty attitude. We used to get good service there, but something's changed recently and the staff, with the exception of Will and I believe the head pharmacist, act as if they could care less about their responsibilities to the public. It's too bad, but there are a lot of other pharmacies out there and we have found one with excellent phone customer service as well as in-store helpfulness. My husband also called Walgreens Corporate Customer Service and issued a formal complaint. Walgreens used to be better than this.

This Walgreens is down the road from my house and comes in handy all the time. The employees here are all great and extremely friendly! I love being greeted when I walk in. Several of the staff have been here for years and it is great to see that kind of staff retention!

This is my pharmacy and I’m so thankful for the kind and caring approach both the pharmacists and pharmacy techs have at this location. I’ve found there are not many pharmacies that remember you and also try to make life easier and are committed to making things clear and understandable. I really just can’t say enough about this location, they are absolutely the reason I’ve stayed loyal to Walgreens- I’ve been going here since 2015.

I’m not sure why the reviews are averaged at only 3 stars.. we’ve been using this pharmacy for the past five years and have only ever had good experiences… Especially with the pharmacy. Employees are friendly in store and we are thankful for this neighborhood pharmacy so close to home.

I have to change stars from 5 to 1 for only pharmacy .They changed data pickup prescription almost 7 days leter not only technicians but own menager pharmacy that location they're some rude.If I had to pay a lot money I also need good service.somthing extrathe pharmacy manager ended a conversation with me when I wanted to ask about the price of the drug, it's some kind of circus

Got my 2nd covid shot here today. Pharmacist was terrific and painless, but the cashier was rude and rolling her eyes at me up front.
