“Quick service time, dropped my car off after an accident where the door needed to be replaced and in about a week it was ready to go, when I went to pick up my vehicle it was cleaned inside and out which I was not expecting. My car was drivable so the time between my accident and awaiting for the estimate/part, the shop helped me get my window up (it was stuck after the accident) so I could still utilize my vehicle. Great work and customer service all around!”

“Regardless of other negative reviews....I have nothing bad to say. I took my 2008 Scion to Maaco and spoke to the manager Heidi (Absolutely Awesome customer Service, Very Knowledgeable and Professional!) because the clear coat was peeling off to the point it looked like the poor car had dandruff!!! But it only had 110K original miles. Ran great. So I was willing to put some money into it (Because I intend to drive it another 110K-It is a Toyota after all). But not ALOT of money into it. I got the outside only and I did change the color (I don't care-why would anyone else). I admit the color was not what I expected BUT it was exactly what I CHOSE!! So I wanted a cranberry and I got a deep Burgundy, but it has grown on me a lot and I actually like it quite a bit. After all, my goal here was to do away with the dandruff. I wish I had taken a before picture. I did add a package for extra prep because the peeled clear coat would have shown through. I had a very small ding in the back and for some reason, I can hardly see it now. Great Job very Happy!!”
