Chad at the Washington, Illinois location is phenomenal in every single way.
My husband spoke to him over the phone about upgrading our iPhones, and Chad took time to find us the best prices, explained details in simple terms, kept us updated on new phone shipments and just had the most pleasant personality, infinite knowledge of phones and plans, and so much patience with us.
We went today to get both of us a new IPhone 17 and Chad did not miss a beat. He ensured our plan was the best and most cost effective. He didn’t try to sell us stuff we didn’t need. We bought all of the accessories he recommended. He was training a new employee and waiting on several customers the same time and everyone was amazed at his knowledge, his efficiency, his humor, his smile, and he showed no signs of stress or impatience. Just an all around great experience and we will never go anywhere else for questions or upgrades or anything. We will recommend Chad to our family and friends and we thank you, Chad, for treating us so well and for teaching us so much. And most importantly for not making us FEEL inadequate with our own limited “senior citizen” knowledge. Ha ha!!! You are a rockstar through and through and we appreciate you more than you know.

Hi, I'd like to know if this number belongs to a sales agent, as they have a catalog of devices I'm interested in buying, but I'm not sure if it's a scam. I've attached a photo of the contact; they provide this address as a physical location and iPhone sales point. I'm also leaving the Instagram link here so you can tell me if it's the official one or if it's all a scam.

CHAD GUSTAFSON is a very Friendly and Kind Employee. He listen to me and worked on fixing my phone it was a mess with adds coming up every other word that I typed. Driving me crazy.
Yes I am a senior and not vert tecky anymore. He understood and was patient with me showing me how to resolve the issues, but said I could come in anytime, with a smile.
I went to the Pekin store to get my phone fixed last week 2 times. I did not have a good experience. And he didnt fix my phone! That is why I went to Washington.
This is 6 START for Chad. THANK YOU CHAD FOR WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I came into the store and stood there for several minutes and was never even acknowledged. I called later and Jake misinformed me that I didn’t need to call to cancel my international plan and it would be canceled automatically. I told him that Chad told me I had to call and cancel it and he said “the rules may have changed” and he wasn’t sure.
Chad is the only one that I trust in that store.
If I had listened to Jake and not called, I would have been charged another month for the international plan.

Switch our service over to us cellular today Chad was amazing and patient with us we got 5 new phones and transferred 5 numbers he ended up saving me hundreds of dollars wish I could give this 10 stars

They were super disrespectful and did not trust me at all. My phone wasn't working, and the guy "helping" me sat there and ate cheetos and googled why my phone wasn't working, as if I had not done that before wasting my time in there. I was very polite and reexplained the problem several times, and he couldn't seem to understand. I would not recommend trying to have any service done to your phone at this store.

Chad at the Washington location is awesome! He helped me out 3 years ago (returning customer) and upgraded 6 phones and 1 new line/portover. He kept me informed on when phones arrived, provided options for activation and was just remarkable overall! Chad is a top notch professional and will take care of your needs with zero pressure! We have had our service with them for 23 years & recently cancelled due to financial changes. My sister was in the hospital & I wasn't able to get my new line on in time, so we cancelled service 1 day in to the new month. Instead of charging us for 1 day of service, we were billed for the full 31 days. We will never go back to them!
