My husband went in yesterday 3/25/24. Stood at the counter for a few minutes awaiting the individual behind the counter to look up from her phone so he could prepay gas. He eventually had to say something to her to get her to look up to help him. He stated he needed to prepay fuel. She advised he could use the self checkout to do so. He then told her to was not aware how to do that and she huffed. Cool let it be and left. Today I went in to purchase a drink. The same lady 3/26/24 @10:13 am was working. Standing there face glued to her phone. Not acknowledging anything going on. I used self checkout and told her to have a good day. She didn’t bother for one second to look up from her phone or respond. Very unprofessional :(

I'm definitely a "Regular" here, usually 2-6 times a week and I really like this gas station in general - however, customer service can sometimes be very bad and rude. This is a national company, with lot's of resources to be able to address this kind of issue - this shouldn't be happening. I recognize the investments that were made on branding, customer experience, technology, etc - which makes this business above average in most of those areas compared to the competition and I appreciate that. However, consistently good customer service is not among their strengths at this point, and it should be addressed.

I've had a few drifrent different food items from here and liked all of them the employees are clean and friendly store is clean bathroom is very clean witch says a lot about the manager and they cook right in front of you
