I would like to recognize the staff at CVS in Washington. I’ve been getting my prescriptions filled at this location for years. Azra, Katie, Michelle & Mark, have always gone out of their way to provide 5⭐️, customer service!!

I was having a major issue with insurance for a medication that I must have for a neurological order. Lisa in the pharmacy was absolutly amazing. She was kind, courteous, and helpful. Thank you Lisa!

Although I have never used the Pharmacy many of the employees are very nice, helpful, and actually good at recommending products!! I usually have a very good experience at a CVS and this location is no exception!!

I stopped by my local CVS in Washington, IL & was greeted by associate Sarah working both the front register & photo counter. I needed a 2x2 photo for my state foid application. The computer was down , cameras battery dead , it looked bleak. Sarah assured me if I could give her a little time she could get it done. I went across the street, ate breakfast & the phone rang. It was Sarah & she said everything was ready. Within a couple minutes I had my photo foid application in the mail & all was good. Awesome job Sarah ,you rock

This is the worst CVS to visit. For years I have dealt with the incompetence of the employees in the pharmacy because it is the closest one to me. I’ll gladly pay more at a different pharmacy. Cvs seems to have a trend that the pharmacist judges when you can have more meds. Pharmacist keeps coming up with excuses on why my meds haven’t been filled. Best one was being told that I am abusing the meds. It’s an anxiety med prescribed 1-2 per day. Some weeks I take the two per day. My doctor refilled and my insurance states they will cover it. Pharmacist still dances around filling it.

I would give this pharmacy a zero if it was available. We dropped off prescriptions yesterday. They gave me needles without the medication. They didn't have my spouses medication and they acted like it wasn't that big of deal. They said they didn't know when they would have it in stock. I had to ask them to check other CVS stores. They said they would forward the prescription to another store. It has been 96 hours and they still haven't forwarded it. I am only using CVS because my insurance makes it mandatory. Horrible customer care!
