Washington kroger pharmacy is wonderful. The staff is very helpful and always ready to help. I recommend using this pharmacy.

They don't answer their phone. You'll frustratingly speak at a machine until you're filled with rage and then, finally, at that point, they'll say they're transferring you to a person, but they just disconnect you.

My wife and I had grown tired of Walgreens and wanted to try a different pharmacy. Due to mobility issues we prefer to use the drive thru or when possible delivery or mail delivery. The only option that was available through Kroger was the drive thru. That would be fine, except their drive thru service is extremely hit or miss. We find them closed when they should be open more times than I care to think about, although who knows for sure because it's hard to figure out exactly what their hours are on any given day. The website is no help. I guess we'll be staying with Walgreens. Call that a failed experiment.

Frequently told medication will be ready when it's not. I came 2 hours after it was supposed to be ready. Waited 15 minutes in the vehicle with my 2 year old while these incompetent employees had their lunch. Then told it would be an hour wait. I was told the same garbage for 3 years "we're short staffed".They also frequently close 10 minutes prior to scheduled and they do the same at lunch.

Great staff, but their new delivery system is terrible. 5.00 for every med. The staff is helpful in trying to get every med they can to refill at the same time but that isn't possible with some. Sad that my "local" grocery store has hired an outside delivery service and simply took a man's job away. No good reason in this small community. Thanks Ray for taking care of us!

I am handicapped. Over 50% of the time they close their drive thru. No help to open it. I don't understand the logic since staff has bring it out anyway. I am actively trying other pharmacies who somehow get the job done with less staff.

they messed up my families perceptions so bad it sent both of them to the hospital many times and once by ambulance. Worst mistake ever allowing them to continue service
