I have had my oil changed twice now from Take 5 and had great experiences. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Service is very quick as well. Highly recommend!

Some of the absolute worst most unprofessional staff I have ever seen. Not trained for customer service at all. Rude, obnoxious, and obstinate. They took advantage of my wife and egregiously overcharged her. I stopped to discuss it with them and ask them to make it right. It was obvious that some of the staff knew they had taken advantage of her and behaved in a slimy way. I was asked to call their "district manager" from my cell phone. It seemed really odd but, I did. This guy!!! Man. He immediately took a rude and defensive tone. He asked "what's your problem?" So, I told him what had happened. His response was in a nutshell, "too bad, get over it." He had no intention of remedying the situation in any way. So I told him what I thought of him and his lousy customer service skills and that I would be filing a BBB report, and I left. Well, this must have really bothered him because he then called me back on my cell phone 20 minutes later to cuss me out, inform me that he was "sending the police" after me (for some unknown reason), and he then hung up. This place NEEDS new management and new staff. I have regularly taken four vehicles there for several years. I will never go there again.UPDATE!!! - They DID call the police, I got a phone call. They trespassed me, mind you, long after I left. Nice customer service there boys! Based upon this level of behavior I now worry about them having my personal account and financial information.

How does it take SOOOO long for an oil change? What does Take 5 mean exactly? I’d gladly forego the free water bottle if they could get it done in half the time.

Always good service. Owning a vehicle with almost 300,000 miles travelled so far, it's nice to be able to pull in for a couple of minutes to make sure no top offs are needed and make sure the tires have enough air (sometimes a top off or air is needed and it gets taken care of quickly and efficiently) so I can keep on rolling.

The employees were professional and efficient. If I'm not going to be the one changing my oil, then Take5 is. Stay hydrated.

Drove up. 2 lanes. 1 car in each bay. One car waiting in lane 1 and I was the only car in lane 2. I waited 45 minutes from the time I got there until the time I left. All I can say is that I was staring at the banners saying I could get my air filter faster than I could take a breath or that an oil change takes less time than a lunch break. Then the sticker information for oil weight didn’t match what they had in the computer for my last visit. Nice guys but I wasn’t very happy.Service: Oil change

We have been to this take 5 site several times before with good results, including our last oil change and cabin filter change. Last week, we pulled in to wait in line, a woman came out to talk about what service we needed. My husband told her he wanted a synthetic blend oil change. She said our car has to use full synthetic oil. While waiting, we checked our owners manual and the Ford dealer website, and confirmed that the recommended oil for our car is synthetic blend, as we have gotten for the last 5 years, including at Take 5 shops! When my husband again said to use the blend, she said that she would have to enter a notation on Carfax. We got out of line and went to the Take 5 shop the next day in nearby East Peoria. Staff there had no issues with using the synthetic blend. We will not return to the Washington shop!
