Service was quick. My nail tech was quiet which was fine I get it, plus I went in to relax. Everything was going well until he went to massage my hands and arms, he proceeded to rub lotion all over my Apple Watch, not giving me a chance to remove it. I had to get a new band.
4 days later and my GEL MANICURE has begun chipping, a week now and I’ve had to remove my $40 set because it just looked awful. I’m displeased with my service but I would consider going back as long as I got a different nail tech.

Got right in, no wait, without appt. I had a guy there who did a Great job on my extra pedicure (with paraffin pkg). I always get short nail cut. I asked for patriot design & a lady there did my toe designs. Both were very friendly. I've been going there since they opened & now their new name is Beyond Manicure but I will keep coming back.

Walked in without an appointment. They could accommodate me if I wanted to wait a few minutes. Turned out to be a 10 min wait which was reasonable. The tech apologized for the wait and began the pedi. Between the massage chair and the pedi I left relaxed.I

Worst experience. Could see my nail through the dip powder when they were done, cut me while filing, asked to have them redone so you couldn't see the nail and now they so thick. I won't be back

I got my nails done there 3 weeks ago, and they did ok. It was good for the price. I walked in today, to get them redone. I sat down, and the lady was IMMEDIATELY rushing me. She wanted to start filing my nails, and soaking them off when I hadn't even looked through the basket. There were no other customers in the salon, and after that I just decided to get them soaked off. Well, she left while I was soaking to go to the back room, and talk to her coworkers, and she was talking particularly loud about me, to them. She then came back & finished soaking them, and shaped my nails. My nails are shaped crooked, and there is still a layer of dip on my nails. I was also overcharged me for the soak off, but at that point I was over it, I just wanted to leave. She charged me $15, when on their sign it says $10 for a soak off. they can speak english, but no that is so rude never said 1 word to me. yes new women there look like mom who doesn't speak to customer but schools those very young woman , daughters i assumed. rude, no good at nails, makes me wonder if they are even " registered with the state of illinois?? the atmosphere is uncomfortable because of the 3 woman who only speak when asking for your money $$$ i had a set of acylic nails with in 15 minutes one just fell off, ( watering down the acylic the 10 ugly fat wide acylic all broke off for zero reason. i got a very bad vibe from the moment i walked in, i should have listened to my gut and walked out. to all that think its a great place, eventually you will see and feel it, as if they are hiding som

Received a pedicure and my design was messed up and different sizes. My little cousin got acrylics and one fell off the next day, her thumb is now about to fall off and it’s been three days. It would’ve been cheaper to go to dollar tree and buy fake nails- honestly they would’ve looked better too! ?Update- it’s been a week since she got the “acrylics” and they have all fallen off but one. 10/10 do not recommendService: Pedicure

I have been going to Marvelous Nails for several years and have been happy with the results until the past 2 months. They have new staff there now and the pedicure that I received 7/14/22 was bad! While trimming cuticle she cut my toe which started bleeding immediately and did hurt. There was no apology from her and she jerked my foot around and did stop the bleeding! No apology!! I asked that she not massage my calves as this is painful and she argued with me about this but she did stop! She did not do any exfoliating or any massage on my feet!!!! She did ok painting my nails and then started waving a booklet around to dry my nails ! HUH !?!?!?! Very unprofessional! I will not return and I will not recommend this place anymore!

Ky mom, my boyfriend's mom and I went there and called before hand and asked them if they had enough room and enough time to do our nails, they were so nice and they stayed an extra hour and a half for us and they did our nails so good. I would recommend this place because they are good and They are so nice ??Service: Acrylic nails
