I have had some issues with customer service at this location-and others for that matter-but since the new virtual teller system has been in place things just seem to have gotten better!! The remaining staff at this location have been very nice over the past several months so victory via economics!!

Down graded pnc bank in Washington from 5 stars to 1 due to the fact that they have no tellers and a woman working Saturday Aug 5 was very rude when I went to use the ATM inside. I was iformed that I should wait inside while the ATM was being used for privacy...That's what tellers are for...Paying a person to just sit and watch the e ATM is usless.

This Branch has been going downhill since Covid! Now, other than a VERY rude woman when you first go inside who despite wearing a PNC name tag tells you she won't help you but an ATM will, THATS the only human interaction you'll receive at this location! Do yourself a favor & go either to Morton or Pioneer Park branches! Both have very friendly & helpful employees!

They went from a full service bank, down to two ATM's. There is no drive up service. There are no in person bank tellers. Customer service is nonexistent at this location.

A waste of time and money. They charge high fees for many things. They want you to schedule an appointment to reopen an account despite already being there and willing to wait.The teller said they had someone coming in for an appointment and to come another day. I was nearby and never saw anyone enter the bank. They don't want to do anything.The last time I came in they told me I can take care of my business online. If I wanted an online bank I wouldn't have chose PNC. I came to the bank for assistance, not be treated like I didn't matter.

Have tried using the ATM on multiple occasions and failed and just won't be back for that purpose. Not sure if this only works for PNC customers

We've done both personal and business banking with PC and it's predecessors for 2 decades. This branch has always been extremely helpful with all our needs and I would highly recommend it.

Took a small Mason jar of coins into the bank to deposit. We were told that they will no longer accept more than $10 worth of change due to removing their change counting machines. When a bank will no longer accept currency to deposit, it becomes time to find another bank.
