I cancelled my service back in June my auto pay continued to pulled out of my account until Aug. When I finally got through and they admitted it was not cancelled when it should have been. They refunded me only 1 month to my credit card. I now have a letter saying I owe $400 on a delinquent account. When I call the line just hangs up on me. Tmobile is the works service I have ever had.

Worst experience ever. Spent 1,400 on new phone, overcharged me for a hundred for with paying cash? Set phone up incorrectly. no text. all go to old phone? Told me to call customer service, once they took my $ now I get to talk to mideastern people with accents for a week with no solution.. told me to keep an eye on it????lol thanks for nothing...run from here!

Casey at the Washington store is extremely streamly capable and very well adversed with working with the more senior types citizens such as myself.. Cell phones can be quite a challenge to challenge to us more mature people and she's very patient and caring and wants to make sure that she covers everything with you.. I don't know what you pay her but it's not enough thank you

T-Mobile reception in central Illinois, Michigan and Indiana is spotty at best. If you travel in these areas, think twice before you believe their advertising. Their coverage is terrible! Based on 9 months of experience, you do not want T-Mobile as your carrier!!
