Austin and Megan at the Washington, Illinois store are the absolute best!!! Verizon stores are not typically the place I enjoy visiting but there’s two explained things in a way I can understand. They cleared up some questions I had about my bill, helped us get a phone and set it up. Such a great experience!!

Ryan is the BESSST, man! He’s helped me out about 3-4 times now and has fixed the problem every time! The Washington crew is the only store I will deal with! Hands down! Every other Verizon store SUCKS!
