Was told the work would be done by a Caliber shop. Instead repairs were outsourced to a unknown facility. This outsource shop put 60 miles on my vehicle. Not pleased. Had I been informed ahead of time, I may have been ok with it. But this information wasn't revealed to me until I questioned the miles. Also the vehicle was returned to me unwashed. Anytime I have had any body repairs done at other shops, the vehicle was washed and cleaned before being handed back to me.

I called to schedule an estimate on my Volkswagen Passat that had been swiped on the back bumper by a trailer. They got me in the same day for an estimate and I dropped it off a week after (because of my schedule). They only had my car 4 days (including weekend) and it was done. They texted updates and the paint job on my bumper looks immaculate! They did a great job and everyone I worked with was super kind and helpful. Would for sure recommend.

My car was like new, inside and out when I picked it up. The gals and guys at Caliber in Waterloo are very friendly, professional and accommodating. I hope I never have to go there again, but I won't worry about the quality of the work if I do.

My issue is an ethical one. Caliber hid issues with tape instead of just telling me.I struggled with whether to write this review and, in the end, thought it was important to address. The work on my vehicle was good, and the people were curious.A week after my repair, I noticed a damaged hose under my hood. The hose was held together by electrical tape. I took my vehicle back to Caliber and was told that the hose was not part of the repair, and they did place the tape there. I understand that some issues may not have originated from the accident, which I can accept. But if they knew I had a problem, why wouldn't they have told me? Why hide it? What if the tape came off and entered the air intake, causing more damage?Great work, but horrible decision-making.

Caliber collision was awesome. Not only did they repair my car 10 days earlier than the estimated due date but they also detailed the inside and outside and it looked immaculate. I am so impressed with their service and level of expertise there. Everybody was doing their job just as they should have been and today that is hard to come by. They delivered my car back in better condition than it was before. I'm so happy with them. Thank you caliber!!

I was scheduled right in for an estimate and called the very same day to schedule dropping my car off for repair. Dee was extremely helpful throughout the entire repair process and went above and beyond anyone's expectations. I would refer to Calibur just on Dee alone! Thank you!
