I usually like great clips. Today the lady didn’t feel like she knew what she was doing. I asked for layers and told her I wanted to keep it a ponytail but when she went to start cutting my hair, she was going to cut it shorter than my chin. I actually just told her never mind and just ended up getting a 3 inch trim. Then when I went to go use a coupon she didn’t know how to do it and said she wasn’t sure how to work the system. Although I still think great clips is a great fast way to get your haircut I just highly recommend not using the older lady with the limp As she just doesn’t seem to be trained in the system or in anything other than a straight trim

Daughter with a broken arm just wanted to simply get her hair french braided since she can’t do her hair very well. No cut or wash. They wanted us to pay $55. Laughable.

Fantastic sam's gave better cuts then them they are terrible never the same ppl always new ppl that barely can do a fade haircut..I'm done with them and wouldn't recommend anyone to go there
