Started off being 25 minutes late to my appointment at 6, what's the point of the appointment. The lady that was helping me started off by complaining about the forms I brought in, it's your job. Quoted me $317 before we started, already insanely expensive, then at the end she apparently forgot to check a box and all of a sudden it was costing me $362 to file. All in all not happy with my experience whatsoever. I feel like I got scammed.

I went to H&R Block in waterloo IL, met and spoke with some of the nicest people. Big shout out to Nathan Chilton who had taken care of me!!! I have talked to so many people and personal accountants, when I talked to Nathan he understood everything I was asking and gave me the answer to everything I was looking for. When any other place makes the answers so confusing. Nathan at H&R Block is my go to guy now. Thanks Nathan!
