Using contract nurses, they don’t have the care for your loved one . But clean and don’t have the smells of a unkept unit , just the staff is unsatisfactory!

They didn’t give the care my Dad needed. Something happened to upset him and it was a bad night. They’re not giving Dad another chance, even in a different area of the facility. I think they need to seriously examine their staff to be sure they’re right for the job. The should have cameras to monitor not only patients but staff. How are they really treating their patients. I suspect a problem that administration should investigate. I don’t recommend this facility to anyone. I don’t know how they got a five star rating. I think that’s a farce. They don’t deserve it. You have to give a star to get your comments posted. I give them black holes, not stars.

I love working at Oak Hill and I feel like I have the opportunity to be a spark in our residents life. I also enjoy that Oak Hill thinks of its employee's. Every month there is either a special event or giveaways for the staff. Along with special dress days which we share with our residents too! Our administration hears what we are saying and they try to meet our needs. If your looking for a job we are hiring in almost all of our departments. Right now. So stop by! We look forward to welcoming you with open arms.

They do the right thing....even when no one is looking! Staff is a huge reason for the recommendation.

This long-term health care, rehab and assisted living facility has many pros: physical therapists are the nicest and really get results, maintenance takes care of items right away, LPNs, CNAs and nursing staff are friendly and caring. It's about ten years old and is clean, definitely smells fine. Another pro is the engaging daily activities offered to residents. A really nice gift shop manned by super friendly volunteers. The shop offers way more than bags of chips and candy. You can pick up a card, jewelry, snack, toiletries and more. Easy safe parking always available. Cons include: facility is getting a bit dated, oxygen tanks need to be improved, wheel chairs and walkers look like they've seen better days. I would not hesitated to place a loved one here if they needed rehab, memory care, long-term placement or assisted living.

working environment is hostile...too much back stabbing and lots if clicks. Administration is sloppy and encourages alot of this. Revolving door for employees...hellhole.
