Whomever the older gentleman you have working in the morning is literally the worst. His attitude is terrible and this is not the first time I’ve had the same kind of experience with him. He should not be working the counter if he can’t be semi polite to people!

If it wasn't for the cashier, Mike... I would give more stars. I enjoy the rewards and free stuff and the building is clean and kept up, but Mike has an incredibly rude attitude and makes me uncomfortable. You should not work with people if being around others just makes you a crabby person. EDIT: seems I am not the only one who feels this way about this guy. Btw everyone, his name is Mike. I go to this gas station every morning and I'm so sick and tired of feeling anxiety when I have no choice but to go to his register. FIRE HIM.

Went in to pay for gas since the pump was denying the tap to pay, the employee walked out of the back with headphones in, looked at us and completely ignored us, went somewhere else for gas.

I'm sick and tired of getting attitude when I go in this store. 5/15/24, 7:50 am. At the register I said you're out of half and half on the coffee bar. His response was to stare at me with a scowl. So I stared back. He finally said WAT?? I said you're out of half and half. He huffed and said I'll get it when I can (with attitude). I said hey man, I'm just letting you know. He just stared.
This is the second time this interaction has happened in a month (yes, they're always out of half and half). I'm sorry your life sucks, but don't take it out on the customers. Attitude is everything. The rest of the staff is great, especially the younger ones. But this guy? Screw him. I've got buckets of money I can spend anywhere in town, just not here ever again.

The staff is always friendly. The store is nice and clean. Management here is on top of it! This is my main stop anytime I’m coming through.

They need to update their hours to reflect the fact that they can not or rather will not sell anything after midnight. No cash in drawer or standing out front doing (inventory). 2 trips in a row and both times were the same experience.

I came to this store Saturday the 19th Approximately @ 130am And I was told by one of the employees that RUN WAY WAS CLOSED THERE NO LONGER 24hrs she told me she’s the store manager and her store is close now no more 24hrs So I went down to Hucks and the worker at hucks informed me that the lady basically fabricated So now I’m feeling some sort of way I’m feeling like the Employer at Runway gas station just didn’t want to service me

The State of Illinois says customers can't bring in refillable coffee cups because it's a State of Illinois Health Department violation, but they have a sign that requires all customers and employees to wear masks per State of Illinois Health Department requirement, yet NO employees wear them? And I get kicked out for bringing in a clean, refillable coffee cup? lol what a joke
