Very clean gym with everything you need! The staff is always welcoming! There is always access to what you need, and you can be in and out unlike big corporate gyms!

Everybody is very friendly.-Wide variety of equipmentThere is a great layout, the main room and three rooms connected. All of the equipment you could possibly want is available.-Women only roomI travel a lot around the United States with my fiancé and we ended up in Waterloo, IL. Little did I know that I would have the pleasure of working out at this amazing gym. This is the best gym I have gone to after traveling for two year and even to this very day. I attended this gym March-July 2022.

Pond 4 pound is pound for pound the best training center I have been to in a long time. As an ex powerlifter, I can appreciate the power equipment and the assorted array of supplemental tools that allow for any and all types of movements one can concoct. Very clean and a nice amount of space given the amount of equipment. I'm glad I found a gym like this where I can train the way I am used to and not have to worrry about upsetting someone. I'll be back.

Pound 4 pound is great to go to because they are always updating their equipment and the space is very clean. I love how we can go in anytime and don’t have to wait for operating hours. They are friendly, too!

One of the best gyms I've ever been in. They are constantly upgrading equipment and bringing new things in. The 24hr access works perfect for my early workouts and they keep the gym very clean. I highly recommend joining this gym if you were looking to join one.

I love being a member at pound4pound. I absolutely love that it's 24 hrs and doesn't restrict me from getting a late night or early morning work out in. It's always clean and updated equipment to keep you interested. The sauna in the locker room is a huge perk too
