Like most auto shops these days. It takes a little while to get your vehicle in. I definitely recommend calling ahead. Once in, I can not say enough about Jesse and the team they have there . They treated me in a very professional manner. But yet it still felt like the neighborhood shop. While the vehicle was in for service Jesse and his team. kept me Informed with any updates or issues that occurred. Good people good service.

Went there a month ago. They said leave your number and we will call you when we have an opening to fix your car. We waited for over a month then called them and then they made an appointment 2 weeks later to bring our car in. On the day of our appointment when we brought our car in the said they don't do bodywork.WAIST OF TIME!!!

The owner is rude. I was delivering a package but I wasn't sure if it was the right building since he doesnt have a sign up at all. He saw me walk in with a big heavy package and continued to ignore me. After standing there for a while I walked off and left the package. He then proceeded to raise his voice at me and get disrespectful. If you have other options I would go with those because clearly he doesnt know what professionalism is. I wrote a review before but of course my cowardly supervisor asked me to take it down because it made his brand look bad. Of course FedEx cares more about their brand instead of their employees. But anyways, the owner is trash like his business ?.

They are freaking crooks... My car was towed by them two days before x mas... I called up there on x mas eve to get my car and they said it couldn't be done because no one was in the shop to release it... So I had to wait from Friday till Monday when they opened to get my car.. You would think they'd have some sort of compassion or give a guy a break considering it's the holidays, but no a tow that was only y miles and storage fee during x mas eve and x mas day cost me 350$... When I got there another fella said he was there all day till 230 on x mas eve and I could a got my car then, but Everytime I called up there that day another person told me there's nothing he could do for me.. so that added 3 extra days of storage.. some people have no heart or good in them.. and today's these people proved that point...for anyone who has to deal with this business, I feel sorry for you because I know they don't care if you gotta take back your daughters ipad she got for x mas so u can come up with the money to get YOUR property back... So pathetic and heartless..

Had a couple issues in 20/20 then again 20/21.. went here both times.. had a very pleasant experience.. was notified about everything immediately.. was extremely satisfied with staff & owner & would definitely recommend this shop for future repairs! Good work, & timely!!

I rolled into their lot on a flat tire, and they replaced my tire with the spare in my trunk FOR FREE! I am now looking into getting a new tire to replace the temporary spare, and I am DEFINITELY asking them for a quote.

They take forever fixing your car. They will tell you dates on when it should be done you call and its not even close to being done and keep moving the dates. My car was suppose to take 5-7 days to be fix and took over 3 weeks. I will never ever take my car to quality collision again. Worse experience ever and horrible customer service !!!

I will see if that "lifetime guarantee" is another lie told by the antagonist owner,Chris and his teen workers and others with no certified repair specialist on the job. I asked a manager, and I can give you his name and that's a accurate paraphrase. Yep a "LIFETIME GUARANTEE". What guarantee, because he won't return my calls or evidentially allow his other Waterloo store manager, Jesse schedule a Re-repair, if you can call it a repair since a master mechanic and another certified repair person from Mungenast Honda, and I have their statements, told me they were surprised that my entire front passenger wheel, struts and all those other suspension parts that include an engine cradle even the entire left strut assembly, etc., that Chris the aggressive "owner" in position only but no integrity charged to me and Am Fam so I could safely drive away. Sure glad I went to Mungenast Honda in South County for a new timing belt, water pump , etc and the Service Advisor said that he cannot allow to let me drive away unless I did something like $3k+ repairs... (that were previously paid for by me and Am Fam but never were done at all by the slacker non certified crew, supervisors or checked for a proper repair by the owner Chris at all)... to the front suspension, left n right, but I got them to bare bones the repairs what weren't so it cost me an extra approximately $500- to leave Mungenast after the ~$3k I paid for timing belt and other regular scheduled maintenance. Bottom line is I was told by my Mungenast Honda Service Advisor and the mechanics that they do not know how the passengers front end and entire suspension, including strut still broken motor mount, wheel n tire, etc., knuckles and do much more (Request from me what the Am Fam estimator printed out for me showing that they paid Chris' Quality Collision to do and wasn't even attempted or non-repaired and besides, the day I picked it up I had to call Quality Collision to come tow me back to the shop because the vehicles engine wouldn't keep running and was practically bucking the Honda Pilot jumps n stops until I could pull it over to the side out of the way of traffic. That was the vehicle Chris was proud to sending me offs ll with a "Quality Collision standard non repair according to a source at Am Fam with nothing positive to say about Chris ... just the opposite in fact ....that's what was given to me by Chris at "Quality" Collision &Towing hand loosened nuts and no safety pins in the struts and finger moveable nuts ready to disengage etc etc and as those professions at Mungenast told my stepfather and I, we were a couple of the luckiest folks he knows that the front passenger suspension and anything Chris's boys touched should have collapsed at the speed limit of 65mph (I-255) and we would likely be dead because as he said, the passenger side and everything that was paid in full to be repaired but was left too dangerous to drive would have had that Honda Pilot flipping over and over laterally until it hit another vehicle(s) likely hurting other innocents. Don't even get me started on the external workmanship ...newly painted but with dried dripping paint on side quarter panels, hood, entire bumper a disaster I could have done better with PlayDoh (sp) and a Crayola .The R mirror was repaired and painted according to Am Fams invoice, but funny, I could pull the passenger side view mirror assembly out until it would hang down on the door panel only held by electrical wiring for the heated side views and power adjustments. And by the way, the side view mirror assembly is made of a plastic-like material that was naturally black And Never was a painted ltype since new and is original equipment. This is just a nibble. I'm too exhausted to continue. THERE SHOULD BE ZERO STARS BUT THE TRUTH ISNT AN OPTION. SMALL CLAIMS COULT HERE I COME
