I called about a u-Haul, and Karen was amazing. We got a couple of options figured out. I chose to have a hitch installed on my Jeep Wrangler. They were phenomenal. The service was top-notch, and it was quick! Definitely recommend this place.

Had a check trailer wiring message leading to a trailer disconnected message. Moved around other jobs to get me in. Corrected the issue and found a trailer brake that was bad. Corrected everything and had me back on the road in just a few hours. Great place if you are in a pinch with a trailer issue

Worst business in waterloo. No communication what so ever by Karen. Was given an estimate of 5500$ for truck repair. Next time I was contacted by Karen letting me know my truck was done she stated I owed her 9900$ wow never even called me to verify or authorize any extra work. They had my truck 6 months. They won't return it unless I pay for unauthorized work. They are costing my money daily due to lost income seems how its my company truck. Don't let them try to rip you off too. Heading to Cort. Last resort. WORST BUSINESS IN ILLINOIS
