DONT BUY FROM THIS GUY. He’ll guarantee a vehicles solid and when you find out the frame is shot he won’t give you your money back. Very bad business, 0 stars.

In March I purchased a 2019 Ford King Ranch. After test driving there was a noise in the drive line and I returned it and talked with Andrew the sales person and this issue was discussed and it was finally fixed by one of there mechanics. At this same time I noticed oil on my drive way and went back to try and get this resolved. They were hesitant about fixing it and I was told to stop by on a regular basis so they could check the oil level to make sure the that they would keep the level so there would not be a low level. The salesman went on a drive with me and when the brakes were applied the steering wheel would shake. This was never fixed by this company.
Lastly I had a sensor light on my dash that showed the engine light that kept coming on and I had them look at it and they just had the mechanic reset the sensor light on 12 occasions and would not replace the sensor which should have been replaced instead of resetting this sensor and would not correct this issue as it still comes on periodically.
This experience has been a stressful situation. I believe this is what they call a lemon care and At this point they will not fix these issues as this has been stressful .experience.

Purchased a 2020 grand Cherokee from Mark at springer auto. He was very helpful during the purchase process and even helped with a minor repair after the purchase was final. Would purchase from them again!

I'd like to share a little about my unique experience purchasing a truck from Springer Auto Sales. I wanted to find a heavy duty truck that could perform well in the harsh winters of Montana which is where I live. I shopped around locally and prices on trucks are high where they are in such demand. I know Mark well and felt that I was better off buying a vehicle from him and shipping it out here. So Mark went to work with a budget searching for the truck that I wanted. I sincerely appreciated his patience because I am very picky. He and I reviewed several vehicles and then we found the one. He knew the truck needed a little rehab work, but there were no major issues. He allowed me to choose if I wanted to be involved in the rehab process, so I was able to make some decisions about accessories to include. Mark and Mason both kept me updated as the truck was touched up and detailed. Within 2.5 weeks of him buying the vehicle, the truck was delivered to me in Montana, and WOW was I happy with the truck's appearance, cleanliness, and performance! It is exactly what I needed!This was my first experience working with any dealer who located, bought, and sold the exact truck that I wanted, rather than the traditional way of buying a vehicle available on their lot. I would feel super comfortable repeating this process again!

My husband and I have been truck shopping for a few months and are so glad we waited until finding Springer Auto.Mason made us feel safe and was very transparent with the trucks we were looking at. We ended finding my husbands dream truck and are very happy with the customer service here. The price was very fair and we feel confident that it will be safe to drive.
