As a woman, I really appreciate how respectful and upfront they are — no trying to pull one over on you, just good people doing honest work. You can usually tell when a repair shop is trying to squeeze an extra dollar out of you and with them I get zero pushy energy and no dramatic sales pitch. I was offered a service and when I asked if I turned it down how long do they think it would be before the issue became a problem and I was right back in there at the exact time they told me I would be (few months).
