The staff at the Waterloo IL location are always friendly, efficient, and helpful. My wife and I are there often for Amazon returns and they make the process easy and stress free!

First time using this UPS Store. The crew of three that were working tonight were amazing! They were SUPER busy and just rolled through the customers. All of them knowledgeable, kind and friendly. Will definitely be returning.
