I have been coming here for years and this is the third time I have left feeling disappointed. It’s a treat when I get to go get my nails done and should never feel frustrated as I have the last few times. I always bring pictures of what I am wanting done and what I got was not even close. Highly disappointed. My daughter was also with me and her service was just as disappointing.

My nail was bleeding after she filed my actual nail. I got regular gel and then before she did my nail, her and another guy there started laughing at my actual nails.

In the past I have always had a positive experience at US nails; however as of recently my services have been rushed, leaving my nails sloppy and not worth the price at which I am paying. Not only has the quality of the nails gone down, but so has the customer service. Not all the workers, but some display a rude and short tempered mood, which makes the whole experience uncomfortable.

I asked to have the gel polish removed. The lady removed it with a nail drill machine, and that's it! She didn't even buffet it or level it. I don't understand how you can provide such services.

I had an extremely terrible experience here i wanted a round shape acrylics and received something different they were half round and flat they were lumpy and to long I was told I had to have them long for that shape witch isn’t true after I left my nails were burning and pounding and I had glue underneath my finger nails to my skin this is the only picture I have you can see the lumps on the nails I will not be returning

By far the absolute worst place to get your nails done. Came in to get my natural nails filled. She completely rushed the whole process and can’t even paint your nails correctly, half of my nails are missing clear coat. I’m pretty sure my four year old can paint better than she can. Don’t even waste your time. I’m quite positive her name was Wendy.

I’ve been coming here regularly and loved it but recently the design lady/ possible owner has been really snippy with me, and my mom also said she experienced the same thing. My mom went about a week before me and got chrome, but the chrome turned the entire nail a blue or purple color that she didn’t want, and when questioned, the design lady got loud and snapped at her and said “it’s just what I use” and when I went today, she put matte on my nails and as soon as I noticed, I said “oh Im sorry I meant for it to have a shiny coat.” She got mad and zoomed in on my inspo picture and said “these are matte. not shiny” it was the end of my service, but she started slamming her paints/tools. I also realized after I left that she put gold and silver balls on my nails when the picture was just gold- my mistake for not looking, but surprised she was so particular with the picture when I said something, but did her own thing with the mixed metals. Also developed a rash on the bottom half of my legs after my pedicure… Sad to say I won’t be back because they do an amazing job, just not very sanitary and not the way paying customers should be treated!

Wow reading the review from 2mo ago is basically what I just went through. I'm usually a goer here but not anymore. I asked if my dipped nails could be filed a bit more so they don't look too thick and I thought she was going to take my head off! Had a big additude after and even talked about me to the others in their language! Very unprofessional to a paying customer. When I went to pay it was more than I ever payed there. I've had this same design and everything before and didn't pay that much. Maybe they're getting burnt out idk!? But sad to say they lost a loyal customer!
