The employees are hard workers and since covid I can't say enough about the way they have had to step up their customer service and extra workload. The Waterloo pharmacy and store employees are extremely helpful and kind.

I really like it but the best thing is when they have their clearance sales. Alot of times Normal pried items are higher cost the other local stores.

My daughter went to fill a prescription that she has filled every 3 months. She went to pick up her prescription and they told her that her card was "expired". I called to ask why, because I know it was not. They said I should have received "new" cards at the beginning of the year, but I know I didn't and nothing changed, since everything has been the same for 10 years. After calling the insurance co. and the prescription part of our insurance, they said the same thing, nothing had changed and there was absolutely no reason my daughter should have paid for that prescription. This is NOT the first issue we have had with this pharmacy. They are RUDE, and we have had issues with them many times. This is the LAST time. If you want rude people, that can't do their jobs correctly and then blame the customer, go here. We will be going to CVS from now on.

The employees are very helpful and friendly, the service is great.You can get in and out very fast if you are in a hurry. I love shopping there.
