The store is clean and has great customer service ! It was five minutes till closing time, and I had three items to check out when I realized I left my card in the car . I told the lady working that I was going to pass on the item because I left my card in the car, and I also apologized for leaving it there for her . She said I had time to get my card, so I went out and came back . The lady was nice and had my items scanned and bagged so that I could just pay . I didn't get her name, but she was very patient and kind !

Love this walmart. All the managers are very polite and the employees look happy. That makes a great environment. Place is clean and well kept. 5 Stars all day!

This store has really cleaned up and gotten more organized and the employees have been very helpful recently. Prices are still higher than other Walmart stores.

I placed my order on 7/17/24. Only 4 items. Received 3 items on the 19th. Received an email that the 4th item is delayed. This is a box of canned cat food! So I've had to make trips out bc Wal-Mart decided to ship that by itself and then send me an email stating it's delayed. Today is 7/23 and still no package or word. Wal-Mart got payment in full when they shipped the 3 items. Needless to say I think this experiment is over.

Got bad Choc chunk cookies, the marketside 3 pak at ~8-8:30pm Jul 19th. On drive home bit into it and it was gritty, not sugar or salt either. Tried calling them for 20 minutes. Once someone answered when I dialed 0 for operator. Tried to tell her about it and she said I needed to talk to customer service she transferred me....it rang and rang. If some little kid, or pregnant woman or elderly person gets sick off your cookies that's on you for not answering your damn phone. Hoping I don't get sick. I tried to call you...no one had time apparently. To the girl who connected me to customer service thanks for nothing. Wasn't wanting to return them or get money back, was only looking out for food safety. You need to pull the 3pack marketside chocolate chunk cookies off the rack and make sure you have a Mgr, asst Mgr or lead person on the evening shift who's willing to take some responsibility. Addendum: I called back again later and tried the bakery extension. There I got a very nice young lady who said she would alert her manager. Bakery gal gets 5 stars for answering the phone, being courteous and taking appropriate action

While I was trying to find a pack of Italian sausage links for my lasagna, I thought I looked in every cold place in the store, but was unable to locate the links. I located 2 very nice store employees if they would assist me in locating it. The second employee who assisted me looked the item up on his phone and saw that there were 21 packs of ground Italian sausage but I found 2 packs of Johnsonville sweet Italian sausage in a middle isle across from eggs. One of the packs was starting to discolor. I have also worked for Walmart. If you don't put cold food back where it belongs, in case you change you mind, if and when it gets someone's/employees attention, and assuming they rush it back to its cold place, the risk of serious/deadly intestinal harm rises ?. THINK ABOUT IT!!! THIS WALMART STORE NEVER HAS MERCHANDISE ORGANIZED AND THEY CONSTANTLY MOVE THINGS!

Met an associate named Kimberly in the self check out today. She was literally the kindest sweetest happy go lucky Walmart employee I have ever met.
