I would definitely NOT recommend this shop to anyone. This used to be a nice shop until the new owners, Josh and Dave, took over. The owners are unethical and untrustworthy. Josh is demeaning and demoralizing to his staff; even yelling at employees in front of customers. He also runs around town trash talking customers and employees. My family used to funnel a lot of business their way, but the way this place is ran I will no longer do that. Please think twice before patronizing this business!

I moved out of the area just over a year ago and tried to find a new, reputable shop - and failed. It's a two hour drive from where I live now, but it is so worth it to come back here.
A local shop in my new area told me I needed a specific type of repair. I had a big hunch that I didn't. I took my car back to Waterloo Automotive for some routine maitenance, and wouldn't you believe it? That repair the other shop said I "needed" did not exist.
I 10000% support this shop. They are very honest and up front; they won't make up fake repairs to get money out of you. I will be coming back here for as long as I can.

Had three codes pop up on my jeep and after checking a few places decided to give Waterloo Auto a call based on the reviews. Talked to Brandon and made an appt and dropped the car off early. Within a few hours I received a call stating they’d got to it early and could have it back to me the next day. Brandon kept me updated and informed explained everything. I would suggest you give them a call if a problem arises

I not only love the convience of the location of the shop, but ALL of the guys that work there are SUPER helpful. Have delt with Brandon the most. Really appreciate the updated email letting me know what they checked out on the vehicle, but what is an urgent repair needed and what is not urgent. I trust their opinion. I have never felt forced into a repair. Love that they also send pictures of anything that needs repair, such as a blemish on a tire that could potentially be a problem in the future. They bring it to your attention, but let you make the decision on when the repair is to be done.

Every one at waterloo automotive are awesome, they treat you like family. I had an oil leak in my engine and they not only hosed down the undercarrage of the car, it looked like they washed my whole car. And they told me the sender was included in the other part that they put on so it would be cheaper but when they got the part it was two separate parts and so more expensive, so they wound up gifting me the price of the sender. They are the best, and I wouldn't take my car to any one else.

We've been bringing our vehicles here for the last 2 years. We have always had excellent customer service. Pricing is more than fair and I've never felt pressured to "add a service". We will only use Waterloo Automotive.

Brandon and Josh were extremely helpful! My car went into limp mode and they took my call, had me scheduled for the next day and got my vehicle fixed in a timely manner. Price was affordable and service was exceptional. Would recommend to friends and family!
