Go to this location every morning before work around 5am. The guy on third is always pleasant and always attentive and professional and friendly. The woman though that works at the counter always seems so angry and negative almost as if her job is a chore, she should probably be in an environment where she doesn’t have to work people if she’s always going to be negative. Kitchen girl on third is amazing she always has what I’m looking for in the pizza warmer. Keep up the good work guys!

Don't ever count on getting a paper receipt at the pump. Usually only one cashier serving a long linne. Pumps keeps shutting off too. Sheesh, come on Casey's! ?

The place is very busy. Today the pumps don't work and you need to pay inside. Ok but no sign is posted. I wait in the line for ever and finale its my turn and she takes the time to get her stuff together then asks me can I help you I ask for 4 on pump 4. I had a gas can she tells me she can't do gas. What the heck.this is a gas station. You have get in the other line for gas. No signs posted. I will not wait in another line which was out the door. Poorest customer service ever. Go to BP in hinckley better people and very friendly.

Can't believe it. I get a sandwich for my lunch 7pm, the lady behind the counter said they have 6 pizza tickets and they can't make any sandwiches. REALLY no other place to eat in town besides pub west. We had them last night so we wanted a sandwich, they said no. So I took my money and spent it at subway in hinckley. I'll be going to subway instead of Casey's.

I just love shoveling my money into your pockets at the gas pump, only to have to traipse into the store, in the rain, and wait in line for 10 minutes behind 12 people waiting to buy $160 worth of lottery tickets with no cashier in sight, just to get my receipt because your pump only prints one out about 8% of the time, and end up being late for work or wherever I'm going because I erroneously expected you people to have your affairs in order just ONCE. I specifically look for Casey's locations to fill up at, and I shell out over $100 a week to fill up a full size work van, but it's getting to the point where the Casey's rewards points are hardly worth the extra hassle. In fact 8% of the time may be a generous estimate; I leave this place in an exasperated huff more often than not. The Paw Paw location is just as bad, if not worse and I'm not exaggerating when I say once a week. Sometimes it's twice a week or more. Not to mention half of the buttons on the pumps don't work and the windshield cleaner and paper towels are usually empty.

This a great store ..I'm out here in a small town that just has Casey's and one more place to get our food or a hot lunch or dinner. Or ICE COLD DRINKS..a little bit of most things .plus our gas
