90% of the time when I come to the drive thru to pick up meds I sit and wait for several and mean several minutes. Right now I have been sitting here for 5 min with not one person coming to the window. Even when I go inside I get the same thing. They are behind the counter say just a minute and I keep waiting.
I'm not usually one to complain or write poor reviews. I usually just take things in stride and hope that things will improve. Well I've been going to this pharmacy for 5 years and it's still the same.
Hire new workers or better yet hire a worker to just dole out the meds and take payment. If that's all they do customers will be happier. I know I will.

Ashley and her team in the pharmacy were so kind, just moved home from Alaska and in the middle of changing jobs so we have no insurance for the time being. They really came through and got us the best price for our meds. I can’t thank them enough for their time and kindness. Having 4 sick kids and no insurance sure does make for tough times. Would recommend coming here to family and friends

Drive thru was fast and the walk in to pick up your meds was even faster. Price on things are reasonable too. Self check out is here too

To bad I have to give them even a star in my review. This place doesn't care about you or the people in you're family. I have stage 4 pancreatic cancer and it seems like they love to hold my pain medication for outrageous and ignorant reasons. First they try the we can't fill that until tomorrow. Well that would be fine if my pain patches effectiveness worked passed the day that I'm suppose to change them but it doesn't work like that and then after explaining it's been 30 days then they try the excuse that it's a c2 medication and it takes longer to fill than others. Kind of confused on why it would take someone from 10 in the morning until late in the evening to count out 6 boxes of pain patches and do very little paperwork. It's not like they have to count out a huge bottle of medication and even then it shouldn't take that long so like I said these people don't care save your time and get your medication somewhere else. I can't even count the times they've done this kind of thing to me not including all the other reasons why I was unable to get my medication.

I moved into watseka from Cicero ill. Been here for 9 months. I have some health issues. Some of my meds are expensive. The people that work at the pharmacy took time to look up all options of payment. I was paying 100 a month for one med. They found a way to get it to me for no cost. This is one of the busiest pharmacy i have ever been to, yet they take time to make sure there senior customers are taken care of.

If I could give a negative I would. The blonde pharmacist told me today I dont look sick enough for my medications and would refuse to give them to me until I heard her personal opinion. Your not a dr and u have no idea what I am going threw to tell me I dont look sick enough for my meds. Keep it classy watskea!!!!
