Very helpful! Had back surgery one week prior to going in to find a chair. People inside very nice, patient, willing to help me in out of vehicle. purchased chair. they dropped off had a squeak. only had for one hour they brought out another one 20 min later. set up had me try out made sure i was satisfied.
