Customers praise the excellent customer service, clean and affordable units, and great security measures. The staff, particularly Mike, are described as caring professionals who are attentive to customers' needs. The month-to-month rental option is also highlighted as a beneficial feature. While most experiences are positive, some customers have reported minor issues with water leaks in older units and the need for more maintenance.
