“I went to O'Reilly's Auto parts store today. What a breath of fresh air. The men were extremely nice I was floored.
They helped me find the correct back wiper for my SUV. I was so thankful that I also bought two wipers for the front. They put all three wipers on for me without any attitude just nice and smiles.
Two days before I was at Auto store in McHenry they were just terrible. Not nice, acted like I was annoying them from the first walk in. Said they do not put wipers on the back windows at all which there web site does not say that also sold me the wrong wiper. Long story short Oreillys is the bomb. I will not go anywhere else if I need something for my SUV.
I know you will be very happy customer when you walk out.

This should have been an easy fix but I ended up visiting 2 autozones, 1 advance auto parts, and another O'Reilly in my neighborhood. Not one of them was willing to help with the replacement. “I had a problem with my 2014 Jeep Cherokee with push button start. Every couple months had to get a jump start. I came here and talked with John about my problem. He told me that there is two kinds of batteries, flood and agm. Because I have push button start I should an agm battery. I found out I had a flood battery. I exchanged the battery. Thank you John.”
