The worst! I found cheaper and better insurance and told Kevin not to renew my policy. How my card was charged after communicating multiple times that I’m not renewing is beyond me. Now I’m going thru hoops to get my money back! Inexcusable.
With that said… keep looking for a better carrier! They exist! Don’t give this company your business!
Edit: I had to call customer service and even they were baffled. Very sketchy!!

I was really happy with Kevin until he stopped communicating and allowed our policy to lapse. Since then even requesting records has been met with very little response. Very suspect. I wouldn’t trust signing up for another policy through Kevin.
