After the computer repair people who are three blocks from my home took it and did not even look at or respond for three days, I took it back and found Mark. His shop is more than 10 miles from my home and I will make that trek anytime. He was just great. He did a deep dive, found the problem files, and cleaned it up in just a couple of days. I was happy with the price and it was well-worth the trip. He even assessed the computer for me and made a virus protection recommendation. I am so happy I found his shop and I will be back for any of the stuff in his area of expertise. I could not be more satisfied.”

“Went in asking about an appraisal for rings knowing there is a charge. Staff (and I'm sorry I don't know her name) stopped what she was doing and spent 20 min with me explaining the value of the rings and my options if I was considering selling. She was extremely helpful and would not accept any money for the service stating I wasn't asking for a written appraisal and it was their pleasure to help out! I was very impressed with their willingness to help out a community member and their generosity in granting me the service for free!”
