I went in to Osco for some cough medicine, $25.00- $30.00 for small to medium size bottles. I went to Walgreens in Island Lake and bought a normal size bottle of the same stuff for $11.00. I will not shop at jewel/Osco again.

One of the managers were extremely mean. She had accused me 10 year old brother of trying to steal condoms while we were in the checkout and I was paying. Why would a ten year old do that. It made me so upset and she didn't even apologize she had told him to empty his pockets. I told him to and obviously he had nothing. She didn't say anything after that and I had said she was being rude and she talked back and was giving horrible customer experience. Now I don't shop here often I got to woodmans. I couldn't even believe it. She was short and had black hair. I asked to speak to a manger and she said that's me. I couldn't believe she was even a manager.

I was in Jewel Osco tonight and they closed all the self checkout registers an hour before closing. The employees clearly care more about getting out of there than keeping people safe in a worldwide pandemic. I guess enough people haven't died for these lazy employees that work for Jewel Osco. End result .... I traveled 5 more minutes up the road to Woodman's. I was happy to go the extra distance to spend my money where a store always has the safer option of self checkout. Jewel Osco reminds me a lot of Dominick's from back in the day. I wouldn't be surprised if they suffer the same fate.

Buying groceries is such a hassle and a lot of work especially when the grocery store is not good. Yesterday, we run out of groceries in our apartment, my board mate and I decided to go grocery shopping and we did not go to our usual, which is the grocery shop a few blocks away because they sometimes lack some products. So we tried finding another shop and we saw Jewel Osco, I've been to some Jewel Osco Stores and they are all nice. We were welcomed by their friendly staff, although the number of staff is less than expected they are all doing a great job. Since we don't know where the stuff we need is, we looked throughout the store and familiarized ourselves, of course, we can easily ask the staff and they are very willing to answer but we enjoyed it. The groceries are all fresh and all the shelves are organized. All products, of course, vary in price but they are a lot cheaper than the place we were shopping. We had a nice experience here and will go back again.

I do my grocery shopping at a Jewel/Osco closer to my home. Although The Jewel/Osco in Wauconda appears to be an excellent place to shop, I have no first hand experience with grocery shopping at this store. I can, however, highly recommend the Wauconda Jewel/Osco pharmacy, based on the three times I received vaccinations. The pharmacy has an established appointment system for administering vaccinations in a prompt, efficient manner. Each of my three appointments were completed quickly with pharmacists who were professional, courteous, and gentle. I will trust them for any future vaccinations.

Been going here for about 11 years now. Store is clean but understaffed. Most staff are following covid guidelines however some wear masks below the nose area which is part of why this review is low. Most weeks when shopping here I'm looking for good coffee. I must say while the store itself needs some work with regards to covid guidelines I strongly recommend Califia Arabica cold brew coffee! With their cold brew medium roast it puts Starbucks to shame. Strongly advise searching for it at your local Jewel!

I always have a good experience here. Staff is very friendly and plesant. Love the produce employees and selection has been decent during COVId. Consistent mask wearing by staff and customers. It took me a while to get used to the new layout after the remodel. I'm not in love with it but I can find things finally after several visits. Supplies are sufficient and variety is good. I wish they carried the 24pk of cold jello the Mundelein location does. I might ask them to since that's why I go to the other store occasionally. My favorite things to buy at this location are produce, milk and canned goods.I know many hate on this location especially since the remodel a few years back. I shop more here than Target now (Target's remodel was a turn off for sure).

the store doesn't carry most of the stuff I like, prices are ridiculous, and the workers there are uninspired and rude. Also, they might want to hire people (acting evening manager; name might be Doug, but no name badge) who do not have their pants fly open (or torn)
