Have been using Lincare for my mom for a couple of years. They have been attentive to detail, fast deliveries, make sure we know what we are doing with her supplies, they ANSWER THE PHONE (yay!) and suggest and offer ways to meet our needs outside the normal everyday stuff. A must read for anyone suffering from breathing issues resulting in diminished oxygen. My Mom has both Acute Chronic Congestive Heart Failure and Severe Lung COPD. She is 96 years old and is in and out of the hospital this year because she struggles to breathe. The hospital introduced us to Lincare. They provided us with an Oxygen Condenser Machine, spare oxygen tanks, all the supporting equipment and, just recently, an easy to use Nebulizer machine. This is literally a life saver for my mom. With this nebulizer treatment she is now breathing normally for the first time this year. I’ve had the pleasure of talking with Jim in the office and Mary Weber, Center Manager. They both were so accommodating with equipment deliveries and subsequent delivery of replenishment of supplies. Mary is not only a professional, but an empathetic customer service expert who knows that Lincare services and the supplies they deliver are necessary for quality of life for anyone with diminished lung capacity. Thank you, Mary, for taking care of my Mom’s needs. She lives with me, and I no longer have to worry about her oxygen levels while she’s sleeping or during the day. We appreciate you and all that Lincare provides. Thank you, Mary!

The people in this location do not seem to care how they do their jobs. The one answering the phone is rude, others don't follow through with insurance or respond. I wish I hadn't switched from my old company. My loss.

I was surprised that the delivery came in two days. And the delivery man showed me the medical equipment and demonstrated how to use it. Very helpful indeed!
