Many of you might not realize, but the word is they will be closing 100's of small post offices like this one across the country.
Sadly, the local small town USPS's we all know and love may be a thing of the past as they find ways to increase revenue while minimizing the services they provide.
I have never had an issue with this office and will continue to drop off my packages.”

“We're midway between Lake Zurich and Mundelein but we almost always go to Mundelein because we feel the service is better and we don't have confidence in the Lake Zurich office. If you are going to apply for a passport, I suggest making an appointment at this location. She will take great care of you. Thank you, Octavia!
You can complete your application online and print it out (this is the easier option). Otherwise, you can fill it out in person when you arrive.
Be sure to bring a valid ID or driver’s license, along with your birth certificate or a certified copy. They will need to send the birth certificate in with your passport application, but don’t worry, it will be returned to you.
Also, bring a credit or debit card to pay the passport and processing fees. If you plan to have your photo taken there, bring some cash as well, just in case they only accept cash for photos.
If you come prepared, the process should be quick and painless!”
