So today the store is getting one star. All of the employees were great very friendly. The one issue I had was with I believe was the manager a short, red haired woman I came in on Black Friday to buy a pair of bibs because I do snow plowing for a living and I needed something warm and I spend a lot of of my money with you guys on dog food and warm clothes, socks, etc. so I saw the big sign on the wall that said you guys price match so I looked up a pair of Carhart bibs at Bass Pro shop in Gurnee and they were 129. The ones in your store were 209 so I tried to see if she would match the price she told me it would take her way too long to find that and it might be a black Friday deal and if it was, she could not give me any kind of deal Now I’ve been in customer service almost 20 years. I’ve had a lot of different experiences. We can’t all have the best day, but when you were in a store and you were dealing with customers, you need to put on a smiling face. This was very upsetting due to the fact that I do come to you guys pretty often now whether or not she was just having a bad day or she was upset because she couldn’t be home with her family on Black Friday. Totally understandable. I’ve been there myself, but you are in a professional setting. You are running a professional business you need to pronounce yourself professionally now I still did purchase a cheaper pair of bibs from you guys as I’m out today and a snowstorm they start breaking and ripping so now I just spent $130 on some bibs that broke three hours into using them Very very upsetting

Wide varitey of supply options at this location. They even have ducklings ready to be taken home. The cashier Cathy was very nice and provided all the information needed after becoming a rewards member !

Horrible to animals!!! Baby chickens and ducklings had no water but poop in their water dispenser. They don’t even have any room to move. I am just leaving the store now and asked three employees to give them water and they all completely ignored me. I wish I took pictures to prove my case so people don’t think I am overreacting.

Following a normal shopping experience, I simply went up to the cashier, an elderly woman named Kathy, and put down my ONE item (not a very hard task for the cashier). When she asked me a question, I said 'no' in a usual, innocuous way, and Kathy remarked 'no thank you'. In addition to this correction, she continued to be condescending for the following 45 seconds of the transaction. I will not be shopping at this Tractor Supply Co. again. There is no need for an employee to be that rude.

The biggest issue about this store is Kathy. I normally wouldn’t call someone out by name but in returning a product under the growth guarantee she began to scream at me (unprompted) to the point of my brother stepping in and asking her to please calm down and she ignored him and when I said please calm down she exploded. Then she only gave us the sale credit for the plants. We left and won’t be coming back- it’s not the first time we’ve come across Kathy and we try to not engage with her at all as we’ve seen her yell at other customers and dogs but that’s the last straw we’re going to carpentersville instead.

Great store. Outstanding location. Clean inside and out.Employees are there if you have questions or need assistance. Never felt “rushed” by the employees.Very good lighting which is helpful. Fun Country music playing in the background.Parking lot is large enough for your truck and trailer.Like their product selection and pricing.

Couple of store employees were too busy complaining to another on the store floor that we didn’t want to ask for help. Then we have a TSC credit card that we forgot to bring with us and the girl at the register was so clueless if she could look up our account to charge it. We always go to TSC, first time at this location and was a disappointment customer service wise. We did call to inquire about the TSC card and spoke with Wayne who was very helpful and informative.

I must give a glowing review for Shannon (Store Mgr) and her entire friendly and knowledgeable crew, as they are a team of ‘excellence’ at Wauconda’s Tractor Supply! I shop there regularly and for every visit, the team caters to every need and any question or heavy lifting and go above and beyond (even when I couldn’t be there physically due to an emergency situation, they managed a special order and delivery to my horse when I couldn’t shop and expedite!). I always feel the ‘small town’ vibe there…shop at Wauconda TS and they are all friends who care! I can tell that the team members are happy with their work because I’m always greeted with a smile and eagerness to serve.The community who shops there too, is a special one… Wauconda’s Tractor Supply has a great following! Equine Products are readily available and more is wanted! ***The Apparel section needs more variety, because I will buy at my favorite store in town, location presents itself for having bigger names (ariat) and more apparel and seasonal gear. Thank you Wauconda TS for the assurances your company provides in my purchases and care for my horse!
