  So if you are going to remove certain services from your car wash then maybe lower the price to reflect this. The undercarriage spray at the beginning was taken away yet the price stayed the same. That service is pretty important in the winter months getting salt and built up snow/ice off. You maybe want to reconsider adding it back on 😡

  so I have the car wash monthly package and loved the car wash especially the aggressive undercarriage spray as you drive in. Well the last three times you drive in & nothing. I went into the store after & told them & woman told me the owners decided to now NOT have the undercarriage spray or the jets. WHAT. Its october & we will be going into the WINTER season & NO undercarriage wash for snow, ice & salt. COME ON.

  I don’t write a whole lot of reviews but felt the need. Besides being my fav spot to not only get gas, wash my car, use the free and working vacuums, the clean bathrooms, etc etc….they have some of the best staff I’ve ever encountered. All of them are wonderful but this shout out is to Big John. Whenever I went in there and saw John, I knew he’d make me smile. He greeted EVERYONE with a big “hello brother/sister”. Was always positive and smiling and always reminded me of Hawaiian culture and “Ohana”, because that’s how he treated people, like family. Thank You Big John for making the world a better place every day. One hell of a legacy my Brother ♥️ and thank you to the Trio staff, my heart goes out to you all as you continue to work hard for the community.

  This is a great store. The people are very kind and courteous. It is well-stocked with great variety of items and very clean. The manager and staff are excellent.

  Very nice staff. Good selection of beverages- I was happy they had cans of Starbucks cold brew and not just the energy drinks. Gas was competitively priced. Will be a return customer!

  John is a day brightener. I’ve never seen such charismatic customer service from a gas station clerk. Pretty awesome.

  Car wash is absolutely garbage. It’s broken half the times I show up and as a monthly subscriber they could care less. I contacted corporate last winter about it and the guy was very apologetic and said we would refund my monthly subscription. Then he blocked my number and never responded again.

  I feel like people always leave bad reviews because of one experience. I've had great experiences almost everytime I been to this gas station. Great prices, good food and friendly staff. Also a very CLEAN and organized place.

  Store it’s okay, car wash sucks! Specially if you have a black or dark color car. Soaks the car on soap and and when you come out car has soap stains EVERYWHERE.

  Team on the inside is nice, no issues there. The issue is the car wash. Ownership clearly doesn’t want to pay to maintain it properly so half the time it’s broken or doesn’t spray enough soap or doesn't wash the entire car/truck. Currently the side sprayer as you drive in doesn’t turn (been that way for 4 months), the arm that goes around your car no longer adjusts so the pressure washers miss the entire center section of your car/truck (been that way for 3 months), and if you have a bigger truck the dryer just shuts off after 5 seconds (been that way over a year and is just getting worse). Recently went to an identical car wash like this in Huntley that worked amazing which is why I can tell you this is ownership cutting corners. Used to be a great one stop shop but ownership most definitely ruined it. Disappointing to say the least.

  I don’t buy gas here but I do buy food and coffee here. It’s been good so far; I use this as a halfway point between home and work so I’m in this store quite a bit. The bathroom has been clean each time. The food is good for gas station food, and not expensive. They offer a good variety of coffees and condiments to add to the coffee, so I’ve never had to tolerate yucky gas station coffee from here.
  
  But, big problem here: they don’t seem to know night shift workers buy coffee here! A few times I’ve come in and there is no coffee! I’m pretty sure this place is open 24 hrs. so they should have coffee 24 hrs. I would ask the cashier to make some, but I don’t have time to wait.

  The quality of their hot food is absolute garbage. Perhaps Gerard would lose some weight if he’d stop eating so much of it
