Went to go ship my packages off and there was no dropbox. I have never been to a post office that doesn’t have a dropbox: why would they remove it?? Also, the other boxes were locked away and no access to them during official hours. stupid.

Not happy with the covid open cart for prepaid thing still happening .. Every parcel should be scanned immediately scan so it shows it was presented for delivery.

I've never had a bad experience at this post office. The staff have always been friendly and are willing to answer questions. Very good customer service!

With my car is parked in the driveway, my package was not delivered because my house was “vacant” yet on my front door camera there wasn’t even attempt to walk up to my door while the envelopes with the same name were dropped into the mailbox with no problem.. now I am supposed to wait another month for a package to come back to Canada so the sender can ship it again to a different address so we can avoid this issue? Quite a bit of headache and inconvenience due to somebody’s incompetence

I work from home, so I am always at home during normal mail hours. My car is parked immediately in front of my mailbox in my driveway. My home office window is in front of the mailbox so I hear them deliver every day. Explain to me why I got a "Sorry we missed you" notice in my mailbox!?! You didn't even try!!!
