I would rate the pharmacy 0 if I could for being so disrespectful and unethical by the person in charge there. Went to pick up medication for my husband and it wasn't ready even tho they told me to come back this day. I’ve asked when would it be ready for real this time since Ives been there 3 days ago and the person in charge scream across the room “it’s $500”. Like telling me I don’t have money to pay for it why even bother ordering the medication. I told him I do have the money and he never replied or when Ives asked what Walgreens had that medication.

Diane at this Walgreen's Pharmacy always provides outstanding customer service. She is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the products I need. She always goes above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction, patiently answering all my questions and offering helpful suggestions. Her friendly and accommodating demeanor made my experience at Walgreen's exceptional.

Would give zero stars if possible. Placed an online order for 5 simple first aid supplies (gauze pads, wrap, etc)… email confirmation said everything was packed… husband picked up the order only to get it home and realize they had left out the gauze pads that they supposedly packed- and were necessary for caring for my daughter. Called to get a simple refund, and they refused to acknowledge their mistake or refund me without me driving to the store and PROVING I didn’t get it. How do you prove you didn’t get something?! Show them the empty bag and missing $6 gauze?! It was just $6, but the customer service was extremely rude in the process. I will not return.

This service at the pharmacy is terrible they text me saying my prescriptions are ready I go to pick them up and they say I have no prescriptions there so I come back home call them and give them more information on my prescriptions and they tell me yesterday or so I marked it for deliveryThey say one to two days delivery it has been four days since I put my question for home delivery and nothing I have had nothing problems with this branch they really need to do something about the staff in the pharmacy department they don’t have a clue what they’re doing so angry I’ve had to go there three times to check their mistakes
