Very very rude customer service! They do not offer used car parts services and if they do, I was lied to.

The owner of this place will forge your estimate just to steal money from both you and especially your low budget insurance company and not do all the work. This place is a big scam and the manager is in it. They cut corners and is the worst place in Waukegan to do business with. That’s why I’m suing them

There's a certain level of professionalism and customer service you must always maintain no matter how frustrating the situation is and the owner Kyle, or whoever he is, definitely doesn't have the capacity to do so. The last time I spoke to him he cut me off while I was speaking, he told me "that's not our problem!" "I don't know why you're calling when you clearly don't have the money", and he hung up on me while I was talking. It's ridiculous that that's how he treats his customers. My car has been in his shop for quite a while now because I have been unable to come up with the money to get it out. I lost my job when I got in to this accident, I've literally been trying everything I can to come up with the money to get my car out, and I've been also having a hard finding a job. I communicated all of this with him from the VERY beginning, I even went in and talked to him in person. I've been extremely straightforward, honest, and understanding with this man so every time I've called them I have made sure to let them know what's going on to keep them updated and that I'm trying. At first he was nice, even deducted $100 from what I originally owed and changed the holding fee from $55 to $45. Which I am very appreciative of, trust me it meant a lot. After not even two times of speaking to this man he became very impatient. Nobody has to understand or care about the hardships that someone else is going through, I don't expect that from anyone. But what I do expect from a BUSINESS is exceptional customer service at all times, especially when you're taking people's money. This man was VERY rude and he lacks basic compassion. If anything at least PRETEND to care. Definitely won't ever be returning here.

By far the worst junk yard I ever dealt with. Absolute joke. Customer service is non existent. 25% restock fee for a junk yard, seriously? Ask to speak to management but they delayed to the point we took our lose and went elsewhere (yard In Elkhorn, WI).

Beware to any and all venders and service companies out there. This company will not pay you. They will call you to do service on there building, and when you complete you job they will refuse to pay you. This company will give you the run around. They will say they will look into there accounting and then blow you off. They will avoid your calls and hang up on you. We will absolutely never again do business with these crooks. Good luck to any company who does business with these people, get paid before the work is done.
