Backing into this dock is almost impossible the road is narrow and if you don't get it right the first time it's going too mess you up .the people seem nice back into dock drop your trailer because if not you will be taking up the road with your tractor .

ARCOA is doing great things for our communities! They are providing a safe and responsible outlet for all of our electronics, keeping them out of landfills, and keeping our data from getting into the wrong hands as well! Great company!

Not an honest place whatsoever. Do not let them weigh anything without you there. Do not leave your recyclables there for "later weighing". Brought in over 200 pounds of materials. All pre sorted with only valuable metals from one of my repair shops (items were pre stripped so no other materials were in them). I was told I had to leave the materials there to be weighed in the back. I did not like this but they seemed legitimate enough. They then took my info and said they would call me in 24 hrs. I did not a call. I had to call a week later. I was told again I would be called in 24hrs about my materials. It took 5 days. I then get a call stating they had found it. They then told me it was only 140 lbs and not the 200lbs that I weighed before dropping off. And that it was not worth more then 30 dollars. I do the same loads with 2 other companies and get between 180 and 300 everytime. I would be very very leary about doing any type of business with this company.

Strict on Appointment. Then have to wait wait wait for LTL cutting you off to the dock. Well they said they have priority to back in.

Horrible work environment if I could give it negative stars I would, first of all is the low pay they pay you for doing hard complicated work dissembling & sorting parts from computers, ups's & lifting heavy battery case's over 50lbs each case, second they only have low paying Hispanics doing this because they know most Hispanics will work for no matter what they get paid for, plus most of these Hispanics have been working here for a long time more then 1 Year that's for sure & they're still getting paid about the same as day one on which they started, note no one that has a legal status is doing this hard work for this misery of a pay! Third most of all the caucasian workers there always give dirty looks towards the Hispanic workers, in all very unprofessional & unworthy place to work at!
