The reviews are spot on! I needed a PCV valve replaced, and it was in a tricky spot that required removing my car's manifold (several hours of labor). Every other shop I checked quoted twice the price, but Igor (the owner) saved me $300! Since I live in Deerfield, he even offered to transport my car to and from Waukegan. When I tried to tip him he refused; that's integrity!
Just note they only accept cash and if you want an invoice you'll need to ask. Otherwise, it was fantastic service from Igor!

We've had our two 10-year old cars serviced at AutoDome for the past three years and have been very pleased. Igor and his team do good work and we have found him to be very trustworthy. He takes the time to explain things (I'm not mechanically inclined) and, on more than one occasion, has looked at an issue, offered a quick remedy and did not charge us. He's about the long-term relationship which I appreciate. Highly recommend!

I’ve been taking my two 10+ year-old cars to Autodome, and they’ve consistently kept them in great condition. Igor, the owner, is knowledgeable, honest, and always finds the most practical and cost-effective solutions. Their pricing is very reasonable, and the quality of work is excellent. My windshield needed replacing, and AutoDome offered the most affordable price compared to both my insurance quote and Safelite. The turnaround was quick, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the process. I’ll definitely be coming back here for future car needs. Highly recommend!

PROS: Excellent, honest service at fair prices. The owner is knowledgeable and trustworthy.
CONS: Oil changes are more expensive than at most dealerships. They don’t accept credit cards—only cash, checks, or Zelle. Also, I had to request an invoice, as one wasn’t provided automatically.
OVERALL: A great place to visit if you need a second opinion on repairs. Highly recommended for transparency and expertise.

I had really bad damage on the entire left front of my car and they did an exceptionally job fixing every detail and I’ve been driving my car again for a full two months and it is driving as good as new thanks to Auto Dome!

Thank you Mr. Miller for a quick and quality repair. My RAV4 electronic trunk door seized on one side and bent the hinges, which prevented the door from closing and operating. Once the parts came in, I was in-n-out in less than 2 hours. Works like new.

AutoDome saved me $9000 on my car repair!
After the dealership misdiagnosed my car and quoted me an exorbitant amount of money to fix it, my brother recommended AutoDome.
Igor and Elavie at AutoDome took the time and care to help me and fix my car in a knowledgeable and common sense kind of way. I’m sure they could have sided with the dealership and made a lot more money off of me, but they didn’t. They are great people and great mechanics. My car is running great and I have peace of mind when I get behind the wheel.
It can be challenging to find honest and kind mechanics, but I did at AutoDome!

The media display stopped working on our Audi Q7. We were told by other shops that we needed to replace the display since the fuses were fine and it would cost almost $10K. We brought it in to AutoDome to get another opinion. Igor offered options to try to resolve the issue. After running diagnostics, he told us the battery may be the problem. It turned out the battery was the issue, which saved us thousands of dollars. Best of all, we found a honest car shop!

This place and especially Igor just saved me $3,000! I was told by the Audi dealership that I needed to replace my passenger seat and airbag sensor (as it failed). I was told that the dealer was the only place that can perform this work. Igor picked up my Audi and within hours, I received a call that the issue was fixed! He and his mechanics were able to reconnect all the wiring under the seat and this solved the senso issue! No new seat or sensor required. This cost me $110!!!! Since being out of manufacturer's warranty, I was praying for an honest mechanic, and I'm so blessed to have vound AutoDome and Igor and team! Thank you!

I went to drive my daughter to school yesterday and my car wouldn’t start.

I have a 95 dodge ram 1500 and the engine light came on and after taking it to two repair shops and one dealership no one could figure out how to fix my truck !! So I called Igor who owns Auto Done and explained my plight! He said to bring it in so he could diagnose the problem so after being jerked around for almost a month by other repair shops I said fine!! The best decision I’ve made in a long time
