We visited BeX Furniture Outlet yesterday and purchased a 12-inch full foam mattress. The mattress is so comfortable and firm, exactly what we were looking for! I also really appreciate Yvette, who was so accommodating, patient, and knowledgeable. She made the whole shopping experience easy and pleasant.
The store has a nice selection, fair prices, and excellent customer service. I highly recommend BeX Furniture Outlet if you’re looking for quality furniture and a stress-free buying experience. We’ll definitely be coming back for future purchases!

I recently visited BEX Furniture, and the staff was incredibly helpful and patient as I took my time deciding on the right pieces for my home. Unfortunately, things didn’t go as planned with my new home, and I had to cancel my purchase. Despite the change, the team at BEX remained kind, understanding, and supportive throughout the process. I truly appreciate their professionalism and customer service. I’ll definitely be recommending BEX Furniture to others and look forward to making a purchase in the near future. 😁😁😁

There is a Bex Furniture Outlet opening in My neighborhood, but it isn’t stocked yet. We found the Waukegan location and made a visit.
Yvette was very helpful and answered our questions. She doesn’t hover, so go ahead and check out the furniture; you won’t be followed!
The store was filled with furniture, so plenty to look at.
We bought a few pieces of furniture and look forward to coming back for our next adventure.

Bought a bed frame and box spring from these lovely folks yesterday. Got same day delivery and set up. The whole process start to finish was a breeze and everyone was so polite and kind. It was quick and straightforward no bs. We are new to the area and the employees offered advice outside of the furniture department and were kind to my children as well.

Yvette was awesome to work with - had we known about the unbeatable prices, attentiveness, and selection we would have chosen here for our other furniture needs. The couch we purchased is an Ashley’s brand couch, that can still be purchased from Ashley’s so it comes with the warranty, additionally I was able to get the couch delivered the same week. We are happy!

Wouldn't refund my delivery fee even though they didn't deliver and install the couch because it didn't fit in my building. Wasted 3 weeks of my time and I lost $120 too.
Edit: They refunded my $129.
